Expediting services and subcontracting

Every project requires special licenses, permits, reports, approvals, certificates, plans, and a considerable amount of legal paperwork. Cedars Construction’ experience with the NYC related departments, including Department of Buildings (DOP), Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), the Fire Department (FDNY), and Department of Transportation (DOT), will make sure that your project has all the legal requirements. We eliminate delays on projects by expediting construction approvals, application processing and permit renewals, and help in issuing building permits.

OUR PROCESS

1- CONSULTATION

Setup an appointment for a free consultation where you will share what you know and what you want about the project you have in mind. We discuss goals, needs, budget, and an actual schedule.

2- PROPOSAL

At a second stage, we provide a proposal with a general outline, including all services provided, as well as our guaranteed cost and schedule. We can work together to adjust any portion of the proposal until we reach an agreed plan of action.

3- DESIGN

At this stage, our expert architects and designers will develop project documents including blueprints, engineering, interior design details, and materials for your review.

4- IMPLEMENT

Once the design has been completed to your satisfaction, we are able to begin work in the field. Materials will be sourced, construction documents will be submitted for permitting, and once approved, construction will begin.

5- REALIZE
